Thomas has over three years of experience managing cross-disciplinary teams in Europe and North America, leading industry projects and spearheading a range of different academic initiatives at the Centre for Digital Media.

His continuous efforts to improve his practice and coaching style have lead him to work with organizations in a range of different sectors.

  • He has lead design workshops for Arthritis Research Canada and Universit√© Laval with the goal of enabling the adoption of new processes and the definition and implementation of a new product vision to life.
  • He has assisted a number of companies in their digital transformation journey by empowering them to adopt new production techniques and processes designed for an ever-changing digital world.
  • He has worked as a digital consultant for ING Direct, Club Med, Pierre & Vacances, and Petit Bateau. His work with the industry has allowed him to tackle a number of challenges around brand awareness, user engagement, and conversion rate optimization.

More recently, Thomas has had the chance to bring his expertise and management know-how to the academic field. He has been working towards the development of an intensive four-week digital production program destined for international students wanting to learn about digital media production and collaborative design.

In 2018, Thomas facilitated a week-long workshop for grade 8-12 teachers interested in introducing new technologies in their classroom, as well as new participatory learning techniques in their own practice.
